Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

We process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Methods:

Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days (Free on orders over $50)

Express Shipping: 5-12 business days ($12 flat fee)

Delivery times start from shipment date and exclude processing time. These are estimates only and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

International Orders:

We ship globally. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in our prices and will be collected by your local authorities upon delivery. We cannot estimate these fees as they vary by country.

Shipping Address:

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot modify addresses after order submission. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

All orders are insured. Contact us within 7 days if:

Your tracking shows no updates for 15+ days

Your package arrives damaged (include photos)

We will assist with claims and reshipments.
